You should be at least 18, well-groomed and reliable, and enjoy dealing with people. Good German helps and English is a plus at international events. Experience is nice but not required – we train you.
Yes. You log your availability and only accept the shifts that fit your calendar. Stadium and festival jobs in particular are often in the evening or at weekends and combine well with uni or work.
You receive fair, market-rate hourly pay that varies by assignment and qualification. We state the terms clearly before every shift and bill reliably – with no hidden deductions.
