A well-groomed appearance, friendliness and reliability matter more than experience. Good manners and usually confident German – plus English for international events – round off your profile, and we brief you on everything else on site.
Yes. You log your availability and only accept when it suits you. Regattas, congresses and Christmas-market dates in particular are easy to plan around lectures or shifts.
You receive fair hourly rates agreed in advance, based on the type of event and your tasks. All terms are fixed before you confirm, so there are never any surprises.
