As soon as work comes up at the Congress Centrum Ulm, the Ulm education fair or at corporate events and galas, we get in touch. You are paid fairly by the hour, supported personally, and you decide which dates to take on.

The Congress Centrum Ulm is the stage for conferences and congresses, the Ulm education fair connects students, employers and universities, and the building and living fairs in the calendar fill the halls. Big shows and receptions take place at the Donauhalle and the ratiopharm arena, with cultural and club events at the ROXY. Here your tasks range from accreditation to guest care.
As a congress and trade-fair city, Ulm brings together trade fairs, education and career days, conferences and company celebrations throughout the year. As a hostess or host you handle reception, guest care or stand duty and are the friendly face of the event. Since you set your own availability, the side job fits well around studies or work. Personal contacts and fair, punctual pay are a given with us.

At least 18 years old, a well-groomed appearance and a genuine enjoyment of meeting guests. Reliability and clear German count more than experience, which you'll gain on your first assignment.
Yes. You enter your free days and only accept what fits your calendar. Many students at the University of Ulm make use of exactly this flexibility.
You receive a fair hourly rate whose level depends on the type and length of the assignment. We set out the terms in advance and settle reliably.
